Construction Management

Construction Management

The aim of construction management is making sure that construction projects meet the agreed deadlines, and that cost and quality goals are also met.

We distinguish construction management from that of project management and project control.

Our Construction Management team focuses exclusively on the preparation of tenders and accompanying construction/ building supervisions.

Tendering and Contracting Allocation

Construction Management serves as a link between the planning and execution stages, and defines and executes the contractual basis for both building owners and the contractors.

Site Supervision (ÖBA)

In contrast to industrial production, construction is mostly about the production of a unique piece or prototype, which can rarely be referred to in specified production processes. Construction management must ensure that a construction project is still handled efficiently.

Due to this, good teamwork is an absolute necessity, during which each member of the team is restricted to his or her core competence.

The architect is and remains responsible for the design and layout of buildings. Technical implementations rely instead on specialized planners, and for organizational needs, the construction management sector is responsible.
