Site Supervision (ÖBA)

In contrast to industrial production, construction is mostly about the production of a unique piece or prototype, which can rarely be referred to in specified production processes. Construction management must ensure that a construction project is still handled efficiently.

Due to this, good teamwork is an absolute necessity, during which each member of the team is restricted to his or her core competence.

The architect is and remains responsible for the design and layout of buildings. Technical implementations rely instead on specialized planners, and for organizational needs, the construction management sector is responsible.
